We provide detailed descriptions of each and every surfboard, longboard, softboard, and stand up paddle board that we sell. We provide great photos of each product and measurements as well. After you have looked through the information on the surfboards you like, you can contact us with any questions you have about the board. You can purchase your surfboard with the online checkout shopping cart on our website, or you can speak with a customer service representative.
We offer a 30-day "no questions asked" return policy on our products at Buyboardz. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new surfboard or surfing equipment, and we are confident in the quality of our products. Make sure that you check your shipment when it arrives, and should you want to return it, it needs to be in new, resalable condition and in its original packaging. There is the slim chance that your board may be damaged in the shipping process, and in this case you may return or exchange it within 30 days. Whatever the reason, we are happy give an exchange or refund for your purchase if you are dissatisfied, minus the return shipping fees you pay and your board may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
