Is it safe to order my surfboard online?
How do you charge for shipping for your surfboards?
Shipping prices vary for our surfboards, due to size of the board and your location. Please contact us by email or call us at 1-866-971-9111 for a shipping quote. Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to California. We do ship to Canada and internationally, and if you are interested in a shipping quote outside of the United States, please contact us and be sure to provide us with the item number and the complete shipping address.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At Buyboardz, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. You can also use Google Checkout if you prefer. We do not charge your credit card until your item ships. (If you have a gift certificate, it will be redeemed when your item ships).
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery times for shipping on our surfboards and surfing equipment are calculated based on the product's availability, the size of the item and your location. Please review your email purchase confirmation for your estimated delivery date or click on “calculate my shipping date” during the online checkout process for your estimated delivery dates.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! To track your surfboard order, please log into your account and view “track my order”. You may also call our customer service center and provide our representative with your order number.
What is Your Customer Satisfaction Policy?
Our first priority at Buyboardz is to deliver a quality selection of surfboards and customer service that exceeds your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day, "no questions asked" return policy, as long as your item is in new, resalable condition and in its original packaging. Is there a Manufacturer's Warranty? What if my surfboard arrives damaged?
Like most retailers, Buyboardz has surfboards with limited manufacturers’ warranties. If you would like detailed information on a specific surfboard's warranty, please contact our customer service department. In the unlikely event that your surfboard arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you must contact our customer service department to determine your eligibility for a return/exchange before packing and returning your item. Once you have received approval for a return/exchange, please make sure that it is in the orginal packaging, insured, and shipped in a traceable form.
